Mr. Jasmatbhai S. Sorathia has an extensive experience of over 40 years in the engineering industry. He started his career in an engine valve manufacturing company which manufactured small engine valves for lister-petter engines. His ambition was to do something different in terms of manufacturing engine parts which no company produced at that time in Rajkot. To fulfill his dreams, he started Shailesh DG Set Spares in 1979 and under his sound leadership the company has grown from strength to strength. Today Shailesh DG Set Spares is one of the few manufacturing units in India that manufactures large engine parts for marine and heavy-duty applications.

Throughout his career, he has gained an in-depth knowledge of manufacturing engine parts for various applications. His engineering, manufacturing, operations and management experience have facilitated the substantial growth Shailesh DG Set Spares has experienced over the years.

The profound knowledge and rich experience of the Mr. Sorathia has assisted the company to acquire distinguished position amidst the trustworthy manufacturers & exporters of precision engine products.

Mr. Lalit is son of Mr. J. S. Sorathia. He displayed his business acumen from an early age and soon after completing his education he joined his father's business. Having inherent traits of his father along with blend of administrative & entrepreneurial skills, he has given a major contribution in the steady growth of Shailesh DG Set Spares. He has to his credit more than 15 years of experience in various fields of Business, Industry, Import / Export, Finance etc. Through his business innovations he has always tried and succeeded in new ventures besides upgrading the current line of action on an ongoing business.

A very down to earth person, who started his initial training at his own manufacturing operations and hence on, has sharply given a different dimension to every facets of development of business. He believes in human element the most, and is particular in keeping his team motivated in every respect thus enhancing the Individual's as well as the organization's productivity.
